All sales are final. No refunds/chargebacks will be given under any circumstances. All workflows, automated sequences and content provided within your software, managed services or ads management is deemed intellectual property and meant solely for purposes of the purchaser. Any content shared, copied, or distributed without written approval from Driven Results is a violation of copyright and intellectual property protection laws. Allowing any third party to access the software, customer portals, cloud drives, or documents provided to you by Driven Results is a violation of copyright and intellectual property protection laws. Driven Results reserves the right to pursuit damages to the furthest extent of the law.
Once you have signed up for our services, your sales representative will schedule your onboarding meeting to get access to our platforms and servcies.
Refund Policy for Driven Results:
1. If you purchased Leedsly, our sales and marketing platform, there is NO REFUND of your monthly subscription or managed services fee once billed.
You may cancel your monthly subscription any time before your subscription renews (unless you signed an agreement with a minimum term, then your agreement will detail the cancellation policy) and you will not be billed again.
2. If you purchased agency services to manage your advertising, there is NO REFUND of your monthly services once billed.
You may cancel your monthly subscription any time before your subscription renews (unless you signed an agreement with a minimum term, then your agreement will detail the cancellation policy) and you will not be billed again. Our refund policy is clearly stated in all sales presentations and marketing materials. It is also clearly displayed on this page, which is linked to on all order forms for our products and services.
We make NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
